No Guarantee of Results

All surgical procedures carry inherent risks and individual outcomes vary. Photographs shown on this website — including before and after images — represent individual patient results and are not a guarantee of the same outcome for any other patient. Our surgeons will discuss realistic expectations with you during consultation.

4. Bookings, Deposits and Payments

Confirming a Booking

A surgery date is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Vantage Clinic and, where applicable, payment of a deposit. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required to secure your surgery date, the amount and conditions will be communicated to you in writing prior to payment. Deposit terms — including refundability — will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Pricing

All prices quoted are in the currency stated at the time of quotation and are valid for the period specified. Prices are subject to change without notice for new enquiries. Any price changes after a booking is confirmed will not affect the agreed package price unless the scope of the procedure changes.

What Is and Is Not Included

All-inclusive packages typically cover surgery fees, anaesthesia, hospital stay, pre-operative tests, post-operative medications during the Istanbul stay, and transfers. They do not include international flights, travel insurance, additional nights outside the stated package duration, or costs arising from complications requiring treatment after you return home. Your written confirmation will specify exactly what is included in your package.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by the Patient

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your surgery, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms — including any applicable charges or deposit forfeitures — will be set out in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance to cover cancellation costs.

Cancellation by Vantage Clinic

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a procedure in circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: a surgeon's assessment that the procedure is unsafe for the patient on clinical grounds, a change in the patient's health status prior to surgery, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or to discuss alternative arrangements.

Medical Unsuitability

If pre-operative assessments — conducted on arrival in Istanbul — reveal that a procedure is medically unsafe, surgery will not proceed. In such cases, deposit terms will be applied as set out in your booking confirmation. We accept no liability for travel or accommodation costs incurred.

6. Post-Operative Care and Follow-Up

Post-operative instructions provided by your surgeon must be followed carefully. Failure to adhere to recovery guidelines — including return to activity timelines, medication protocols, and follow-up attendance — may affect your results and could increase the risk of complications. Vantage Clinic accepts no liability for adverse outcomes that result from non-compliance with post-operative instructions.

Follow-up care during your Istanbul stay is included in your package. Remote follow-up support after your return home is available via WhatsApp and email. We are unable to provide in-person post-operative care outside of Istanbul.

7. Complications and Liability

All surgical procedures carry inherent risks including but not limited to infection, scarring, asymmetry, anaesthetic complications, and the need for revision surgery. These risks are discussed in full during your consultation and are set out in your informed consent documentation.

Vantage Clinic's liability in relation to any complication is limited to the provision of reasonable clinical support during your stay in Istanbul. We are not liable for the cost of any treatment required after your return to your home country, or for any consequential losses including loss of earnings, travel costs, or psychological harm arising from surgical outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit.

All content on this website — including text, images, before and after photographs, videos, logos, and page layouts — is the property of Vantage Cosmetic Surgery Clinic or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright law.
