Op. Dr. Fahri Gökhan Mersinlioğlu was born on 27 February 1987 in İnebolu, where he completed his primary, secondary and high school education before pursuing a career in medicine.
He began his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2005, graduating in 2011. He subsequently completed his specialty training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital (now known as Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital) one of Istanbul’s foremost centres for surgical training.
Since 2019, Dr. Mersinlioğlu has been working as a private practice physician, concentrating particularly on nasal and facial aesthetic surgery alongside the diagnosis and treatment of general otolaryngological conditions. His practice is based in Kadıköy, Istanbul, on Bağdat Avenue, one of the city’s most established medical corridors.
Dr. Mersinlioğlu’s background in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery positions him uniquely in the field of rhinoplasty. Where plastic surgeons approach the nose primarily through an aesthetic lens, an ENT-trained rhinoplasty specialist brings equal command of nasal airway function, septal anatomy and sinus architecture. His academic foundation combines a deep understanding of anatomy with advanced surgical techniques, ensuring that every intervention is grounded in evidence-based practice – equipping him to address complex cases, including revision rhinoplasty, with confidence and skill.

Op. Dr. Ugur Horoz was born in Gaziantep in 1986, where he also completed his primary, secondary, and high school education.
He is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery with an internationally enriched background spanning Turkey and Japan. Born in Gaziantep, he completed his primary, secondary and high school education there before going on to study medicine at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, one of Turkey’s established medical schools.
Dr. Horoz completed his surgical residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital, a major centre for surgical training in Turkey. Following his residency, he was appointed as a Visiting Research Doctor at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Showa University in Japan, a significant international distinction that reflects his commitment to advancing his expertise at a global level.
Upon returning to Turkey, Dr. Horoz served as a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist at Gaziantep Dr. Ersin Arslan Training and Research Hospital. He subsequently joined Istanbul Aydın University’s Florya Medical Park Hospital, where he also
held the academic position of Assistant Professor (Doktor Öğretim Üyesi) at Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, teaching and mentoring the next generation of surgeons while maintaining an active clinical practice.
Dr. Horoz now sees patients at his own private clinic in Istanbul, where he brings together his academic expertise, international training, and years of hands-on surgical experience to deliver personalised, high-quality outcomes.
